L’OPC a pour objectif de gestion d’obtenir une performance à moyen et long terme en investissant sur des actions d’entreprises qui satisfont aux critères éthiques suivants : Le respect des droits de l’homme, de la vie et la promotion de la paix, le respect des droits fondamentaux du travail, le développement du progrès social et de l’emploi, la préservation de l’environnement, le respect des règles de fonctionnement du marché et le respect de règles de bonne gouvernance. La prise en compte de ces critères viendra s’ajouter à celle de critères financiers classiques, tels que la croissance des résultats ou la valorisation des entreprises, dans le but de construire un portefeuille offrant un meilleur couple repères éthiques / qualités financières possible.

Biographie | Christophe Hautin is Director and Portfolio Manager within the Conviction Equity team, responsible in particular for dedicated European SRI funds and mandates. He is notably the lead portfolio manager of Allianz Social Conviction Equity and co-lead PM of E.T.H.IC.A.. is also Deputy Portfolio Manager for several SRI mutual funds, including Allianz Valeurs Durables. Christophe joined Allianz Global Investors as Risk Manager in 2012. From 2015 to 2018, he held the position of Equity Product Specialist, responsible for promoting the strategy’s socially responsible investment (SRI) products. Prior to that, he held various positions in Société Générale’s investment banking division and at US asset manager TCW. He has more than 17 years’ experience in the financial sector. Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine (France) and studied at the UCLA Anderson School of Management (US). Biographie | Christine Clet-Messadi is a Senior Portfolio Manager for European SRI equities. She is part of the Conviction strategy team and is responsible for all European Equities SRI investments. She was responsible for the launch and has managed Allianz Valeurs Durables since 2002 as well as its “Mirror Fund” Allianz Euroland SRI since 2010.On top of that she runs various other SRI European equities funds and large dedicated SRI mandates. She has received the Labels Mieux Vivre Votre Argent 2015 “Performance” label for Allianz Citizen Care SRI and Les Globes de la Gestion 2014 for Allianz Citizen Care SRI. She has over 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry. Prior to her function Christine Clet-Messadi was a financial analyst specialized in the healthcare and leisure industry. She graduated with a master’s degree in corporate finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine IX and is a member of SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers). | ||

Biographie | Ariane Hivert is an SRI expert and a member of the Conviction strategy team. She is responsible for the implementation of SRI process in the Conviction team across funds and mandates. Prior to her function, Ariane Hivert was an analyst in the ESG Research team of Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 2017. Before joining the firm, she was an ESG analyst with Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and an analyst in a private equity Impact Investing fund, INCO. She graduated with a master’s degree in economics from Sciences Po Paris. |
