Biographie	Mr. Hemmingsen began his career with Nordea Investment Management in 2000 in the Implementation team while studying his master in finance. After finishing his degree with studies in the U.S., Lars joined Nordea Investment Management's New York office in 2002 where he managed ADR portfolios for clients in the U.S. In 2005 Lars re-joined Nordea Investment Management's equities department in Copenhagen as portfolio manager, taking on new responsibilities within the All Equity team. Lars holds a MSc. in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and is a CFA Charter holder.

Biographie	Lars Eriksen holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Lars was employed at A-invest in 1986, which later became Nordea Invest, where Lars today is senior Portfolio manager.
