Biographie	Mr. McLanahan is a Portfolio Manager in the Small Cap Equities group. He manages international, small cap equity investment strategies. He has been in the investment industry since he first joined Putnam in 1996 as an Investment Associate. Mr. McLanahan rejoined the firm after completing business school in 2000. Prior to joining Putnam, he was an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending, at Bank of America Corporation (formerly Shawmut Bank) from 1989 to 1995. Mr. McLanahan earned an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Biographie	Randy joined Exencial as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Core and International Strategies. Randy has an extensive background in global equites with over 20 years' experience as an analyst and portfolio manager. Randy also has experience in client service partnering with both institutional and retail relationship managers. Before Exencial, Randy was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst for 16 years on the Global Small Cap Team for Putnam Investments. Randy helped implement a structured investment process focusing on intrinsic value.

Mr. Joseph joined Putnam in 1994 and has been in the investment industry since 1987. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Joseph was an Equity Research Analyst and an Associate Director of Global Equity Research, responsible for international research strategies. Prior to joining Putnam, he was a Managing Director at Vert Independent Capital Research, Inc. from 1993 to 1994; a Manager at Price waterhouseCoopers from 1987 to 1993; and an Articled Clerk at Bramayya & Co. from 1979 to 1984. Mr. Joseph earned an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. from Loyola College. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, and a member of the American Society of Appraisers.

Biographie	Mr. Valencia is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager on the Small Cap Core team. He is responsible for portfolio construction, quantitative model building and risk management for Domestic and International Small Cap Core Equity portfolios. Mr.Valencia is also a Portfolio Member on the International Capital Opportunities Fund. He has eight years of investment industry experience.

Biographie	Mr. Ferry is a Senior Vice Presidetn and Portfolio Manager on the International and U.S. Small and Midcap Core Equity teams. He is a member of the teams responsible for managing international and U.S. small and midcap core equity institutional portfolios. He is also a Portfolio Member on the Capital Opportunities and International Capital Opportunities Fund. A CPA, Mr. Ferry joined Putnam in 1998 and has 15 years of investment experience.
