| Biographie | Joel Kim is CEO of Dimensional’s Asia ex Japan business as well as a Director of Dimensional Fund Advisors Pte. Ltd. (Dimensional’s Singapore subsidiary) and a Director of Dimensional Hong Kong Limited. Based in Singapore, Joel manages Dimensional’s business interests in the region and ensures alignment with the firm’s global priorities. In partnership with local and global leadership, he oversees the development and implementation of the region’s growth strategy and day-to-day business operations. Joel represents Dimensional in client and regulatory affairs, as well as relevant industry and community events. Joel has more than 25 years of industry experience, and he joined Dimensional in its Singapore office as a Senior Portfolio Manager in 2016. He most recently served in the firm’s London office solely as Head of International Fixed Income, overseeing fixed income portfolio management outside the US. He continues to fulfill this role from the firm’s Singapore office. Prior to joining Dimensional, he was head of Asia Pacific fixed income for BlackRock in Singapore, where he was responsible for portfolio management of fixed income strategies in the region, including Australia and Japan. Before his time at BlackRock, Joel spent nearly 14 years with ING Investment Management, where he held various fixed income portfolio management positions in Europe and Asia, lastly as head of Asian debt. Joel has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam and is a CFA® charterholder. | ||

| Biographie | Steve Garth has a key role in helping to communicate Dimensional's investment processes to institutional and advisor clients and prospects. He has specific responsibility for managing Dimensional's Australian fixed interest strategies. Prior to this role, he managed Australian and global equity portfolios and spent a number of years leading Dimensional's Asia Pacific trading team. Before joining Dimensional's Sydney office in 2001 as a portfolio manager in fixed interest and equities, Steve was on the faculty of the University of New South Wales. His teaching and research interests were in optical fiber technology and quantitative finance. Steve received his PhD in applied mathematics from the Australian National University in 1987. He also holds a BSc in mathematics and physics, a BA in history and politics, and a masters in applied finance. As well, he has a graduate diploma in business administration. | ||

| Biographie | David Schnell is an associate portfolio manager in Sydney’s fixed interest team and is responsible for the day to day portfolio management and trading of Dimensional’s Variable Maturity strategies. In addition, David is working on the implementation of fixed interest attribution and risk management solutions. Prior to joining Dimensional in 2011, David was working for a global shipping company analysing pricing structures and improving capacity allocations across the Asia Pacific region. David earned his Masters of Commerce in Funds Management from the University of New South Wales in 2010. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Technology, Darmstadt in Germany. He is also a CFA® charter holder since 2014. | ||
