Biographie	Douglas Brodie joined Baillie Gifford in 2001 and is Head of the Discovery Team. Mr. Brodie became a Partner in 2015 and is a CFA Charterholder. He graduated BSc in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from the University of Durham in 1997 and attained a DPhil in Molecular Immunology from the University of Oxford in 2001. Mr. Brodie has been a member of the team in 2021.

John graduated MA in Ancient & Modern History from the University of Oxford in 2000.

Biographie	Mark joined Baillie Gifford in 1996 and is the head of the Long Term Global Growth Team, a strategy which he co-founded in 2003. Mark previously worked as an Investment Analyst and Manager in the US, UK and Japanese Equities teams. He became a Partner in 2004. Mark graduated BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford in 1992 and spent a year at Harvard as a Kennedy Scholar in 1993 before completing a PhD in Politics with a thesis on Nationalism in the EU at the University of Edinburgh in 1996.
