Biographie	Shahid Hameed is currently the head of Global‟s GCC asset management business. Mr. Hameed possesses around sixteen years of experience in emerging market equities out of which he has spent the last thirteen years focusing on investment research and management specializing in GCC equities. Prior to joining Global, he worked at Unicorn Investment Bank as the head of equities for the bank‟s asset management business. Before that he worked at SICO Investment Bank, Bahrain between 1999 and 2006 and was responsible for establishing the firm‟s asset management department and was instrumental in developing the business. Prior to that, he worked for five years in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan analyzing mainly emerging market equities. Shahid is a CFA charter holder and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Pakistan.
