Biographie	Reid Smith, CFA is lead portfolio manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the Funds. Mr. Smith is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with the Adviser. He has served as a portfolio manager of the Funds since August 23, 2021. He has over 30 years of fixed income portfolio management experience with an extensive background in municipal bond portfolio management. Mr. Smith was a Financial Advisor/Investments at Stifel from September 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was CIO/Director at Ziegler Capital Management – BPG Group from November 2015 to July 2019. Mr. Smith began his career in portfolio management with the Adviser in 1986. Mr. Smith also worked as a Principal/Senior Portfolio Manager at Vanguard Group from 1992 to 2009 and as Head of the Barclays Wealth Fixed Income Group from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Shidler School of Business, where he received both his Bachelors and Master degrees in business administration.

Biographie	Mr. Dodge is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with BOH. He has served as a portfolio manager of the Trust since September 1, 2021 and has been assisting with the Trust since June 2018. He has over 3 years of fixed income experience with a focus on municipal bond portfolio management. Mr. Dodge was a Senior Investment Analyst at BOH Fixed Income from June 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Dodge was an Investment Analyst at BOH Portfolio Management Team from January 2016 to June 2018. Mr. Dodge is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Shidler School of Business, where he received his Bachelors in business administration with a focus on finance. Mr. Dodge simultaneously graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he received his Bachelors of Arts with a major in Mandarin Chinese.

Biographie	Ms. Katakura is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with BOH. She has served as a portfolio manager of the Trust since 2010. She has been employed by BOH since 1983 and has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Katakura was with Hawaiian Life Insurance and First National Bank of Boston. Ms. Katakura is a graduate of Garland Junior College in Boston, Massachusetts, and a member of the Investment Society of Hawaii.

Biographie	Stephanie Nomura, Bishop Street Capital Management, President and Senior Portfolio Manager, serves as co‑portfolio manager. Ms. Nomura rejoined Bishop Street Capital Management in 2021, and has over 19 years of investment management experience. She was Portfolio Manager with Bishop Street Capital Management from 2007 to 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nomura served as Vice President and Investment Manager with Central Pacific Bank from 2015 to 2016. She served as Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager with Oakwood Capital Management in Los Angeles from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Nomura holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
Stephen K. Rodgers	Senior Vice President	2003	2018
Biographie	Mr. Rodgers is an Executive Vice President of of Bank of Hawaii, where he is the Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Rodgers is the lead Portfolio Manager and has been working with the Trust’s portfolio since 2003. He has been with BOH since 1995. He has been working in a variety of fixed income roles including managing Bank of Hawaii's interest rate risk profile and portfolio analytics. Prior to joining it, he was the senior portfolio manager in the Bank's Treasury Division. He is a graduate of University High School and earned his BA degree as a double major in Economics and English from Amherst College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Biographie	Ms. Warren is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with BOH since 2015. She has been in the investment industry since 1990. From 1992-2003, Ms. Warren served as co-portfolio manager of the Trust and managed over $2 billion in assets for both municipal bond funds and individual client portfolios. Prior to that, she served in various roles overseeing cash management, investments, and foreign exchange at BOH and Broken Hill Proprietary. Ms. Warren earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University.
Denis Massey	Vice President	2010	2015
Biographie	Denis Massey, is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with BOH. Mr. Massey started his career with the Adviser as a Market Risk Analyst and joined the Fixed Income Department in 2007 to focus on tax-exempt portfolios. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and his MBA from University of Hawaii.
Robert Crowell	executive Vice President, Head	2003	2007
Biographie	Crowell, currently an executive vice president, has been with the Bank of Hawaii since 1969 where he has served as treasurer and as a municipal securities principal. He has also been responsible for managing the bank's investment portfolio. He is the head of the Fixed Income team within Bank of Hawaii's Asset Management Group. Crowell has been employed by the bank for 34 years. He has extensive experience in managing fixed income investments.
Lorene K. Okimoto	Vice President, investment Portfolio Manager	1991	2003
Biographie	Currently a vice president, Okimoto has served as an investment portfolio manager with Hawaiian Trust Company since October 1989. Previously, she spent 10 years with the Bank of Hawaii, including five years as Eurodollar deposit and foreign-exchange dealer.
