Biographie	Jay Sivapalan joined Janus Henderson in 2015 as Portfolio Manager within the Australian Fixed Income Team. With more than 16 years investment experience, Jay was previously with Perennial Fixed Interest as Portfolio Manager with a focus on credit investments. Jay also sat on the credit committee with Perennial Fixed Interest. Prior to this role, Jay headed the quantitative area for Perennial and held actuarial roles at Mercer and AXA. Jay is a member of the Melbourne CFA society and the CFA Institute.
Glenn Feben	Head	1994	2019
Biographie	Glenn Feben joined Janus Henderson in 2015 as Head of Australian Fixed Interest following a long tenure with the IOOF Group and Perennial Investment Partners since October 1987. During this period his primary involvement included the management of interest bearing portfolios culminating to his appointment as Head of Fixed Interest in 1993. Before joining IOOF, Glenn held fixed interest portfolio management roles with the Commercial Bank of Australia and Chase AMP Bank/AMP Corporation. Glenn has more than 33 years investment experience.
