Biographie	Andrew has over 20 years of experience in investment management and has played a pioneering role in the Canadian sustainable investing space. Most recently, he served as Director at Vancity Investment Management, where he focused on managing sustainable investing since 2010 and has successfully implemented equity portfolios that aim to generate risk-adjusted returns alongside ESG objectives. As part of his role at Mackenzie, Mr. Simpson leads the firm’s newest sustainable investing boutique, which will emphasize best-in-class environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) analysis.

As a key member of the Vancity Investment Management Investment team, his role is to assess business practices, management systems and treatment of ESG risk. Biographie	Steve MacInnes is the Chief Investment Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager of Inhance. Steve brings over 30 years of investment management experience in research, fund management, client relations and team management capacities. Prior to joining Inhance, Steve was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Canadian Equities for HSBC Asset Management (Canada) Ltd. and M K Wong & Associates. His achievements in that position led to his inclusion among the ten members of HSBC's elite global strategy group.
