Biographie	Tim O'Reilly is a Portfolio Manager for Invesco Municipal Strategies. Mr. O'Reilly joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen, where he served as a senior unit trust fixed income portfolio manager, with responsibilities that included fixed income trading, risk management and credit analysis. He has a diverse knowledge base, with trading experience in municipals, corporates and equities. He joined Van Kampen in 2001. Mr. O'Reilly earned a BS degree in finance from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.

Biographie	Julius Williams is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco municipal strategies. Mr. Williams entered the industry in 2000. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a portfolio manager and trader for municipal funds at Van Kampen. He joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen. Mr. Williams earned a BA degree in economics and sociology, and a Master of Education degree in educational psychology from the University of Virginia.

Biographie	Mark Paris is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Municipal Strategies for Invesco Fixed Income. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and implementationof all municipal bond strategies. Mr. Paris entered the financial industry in 1990 and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paris was a trader and then a portfolio manager on the muncipal fixed income team at Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen, which he joing in 2002. He also was previously a trader and portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds, head underwriter at Chase Manhattan Bank, and a trader and underwriter at NatWest Bank. Mr. Paris earned a BBA in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Biographie	Mr. DeMitry has been a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of OppenheimerFunds Inc since July 2009. He was an Associate Portfolio Manager with OppenheimerFunds Inc from September 2006 to June 2009. DeMitry has been an associate portfolio manager with OppenheimerFunds since September 2006 and has been a research analyst of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. since June 2003; a credit analyst of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. from July 2001 to May 2003; an associate regional sales representative of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. from December 2000 to June 2001.
James D. Phillips	Senior Portfolio Manager	2002	2023
Biographie	James Phillips is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco municipal strategies. Mr. Phillips joined Invesco in 2010, when the firm combined with Van Kampen. At Van Kampen, which he joined in 1991, he was a portfolio manager for municipal strategies. He also served as a credit analyst and has specialized in researching nonrated municipal bonds across all sectors. Previously, he was at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he managed a portfolio of distressed bank assets. He started in the municipal bond market at Underwood, Neuhaus & Co. in Houston, structuring municipal bond issues in the health care, senior living and special tax sectors. He entered the industry in 1985. Mr. Phillips earned a BA degree in American literature from Empire State College, the independent study division of the State University of New York, and an MBA in finance from the State University of New York at Albany.

Biographie	Robert Stryker is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco municipal strategies. Previously, Mr. Stryker was with Van Kampen, serving as a portfolio manager on the Municipal Fixed Income team, a fixed income trader, a portfolio analyst and a fixed income credit analyst. He entered the industry when he joined Van Kampen in 1994, and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen. Mr. Stryker earned a BS degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.
William Black	Managing Director	2007	2015
Biographie	William Black is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of City National Rochdale, LLC. Mr. Black has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2008, he was a municipal bond analyst specializing in high yield securities at Van Kampen Investments and Invesco (after it acquired Van Kampen). Mr. Black earned his BS from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Thomas M. Byron	Senior Vice President	2015	2015
Biographie	Tom Byron is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at First Trust. He joined First Trust in 2022 and has over 40 years of experience in municipal unit trust and municipal bond portfolio management. Prior to joining First Trust, Mr. Byron was a Director and senior portfolio manager on the Tax-Exempt Fixed Income Team at BMO Global Asset Management for over six years. Before joining BMO Global Asset Management in 2015, Tom was an Executive Director and senior portfolio manager at Invesco for five years and Morgan Stanley for thirteen years. He began his career in the investment industry as a unit trust administrator for Invesco in 1981. Tom holds an M.B.A. in finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in finance from Marquette University.
