L´objectif d´investissement de ce Fonds est la recherche d´un rendement total au travers d´une combinaison de valorisation du capital et de revenus courants. Il poursuit son objectif en investissant dans des titres d´émetteurs américains principalement engagés ou intervenant dans l´industrie immobilière ou qui détiennent des actifs immobiliers significatifs. Il investit Principalement en REIT d´émetteurs américains, y compris en titres de petite capitalisation. Les titres de petite capitalisation sont définis comme ceux dont la capitalisation boursière, à la date d´achat initiale.

Before this, he was an analyst on the public real estate securities team at Heitman providing recommendations on property equities in North America. Greg received a BBA degree in finance with a concentration in psychology from the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 14 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Tim Gibson is Co-Head of Global Property Equities and a portfolio manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2014. He has been with Henderson, based in Singapore, since 2011. Prior to joining Henderson, Tim was a European fund manager at AMP Capital Brookfield, where he was responsible for portfolio construction and execution of an indirect real estate fund. Before this, he worked as an analyst for Morgan Stanley on their European real estate investment team, in both London and Amsterdam, where he provided investment recommendations on property companies in the UK and Europe. Tim holds an MA (Hons) in economics from St Andrews University, Scotland and received the Robert Trent Jones Scholarship to the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has 18 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Guy Barnard is Co-Head of Global Property Equities and a portfolio manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2014. Guy joined Henderson in 2006 as an analyst and became a fund manager in 2008 and deputy head of Global Property Equities in 2012. Before Henderson, he worked for UBS in financial control. Guy holds a first class BSc degree (Hons) in mathematics and management from Loughborough University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 16 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Pat Brophy has been the Fund’s Portfolio Manager since April 2021 and is responsible for day-to-day management of the Fund’s investment portfolio. He has nearly 30 years of wide-ranging experience in real estate and financial services. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Brophy managed the Global Real Estate Strategy at the Sub-Adviser. Prior to joining the Sub-Adviser in 2005, he was a Principal/Partner at THK Associates, Inc., a Denver-based market economics and land-planning firm. His expertise is in economic analysis, real estate valuation, property development and acquisition strategies. He received his B.A. in history from Dartmouth College.

Biographie	William Schaff, Chief Executive Officer and President, founded Phocas Financial Corp. in 2005. Prior to founding Phocas, Mr. Schaff was President of Bay Isle, Portfolio Manager at Janus Capital Management and Lead Portfolio Manager at the Undiscovered Managers organization. He earned an M.S. in Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco.
