Biographie	Mr. Heiskell joined Mutual of America Life Company in 1991 as Vice President of Separate Accounts. In 1993, he transferred to the newly-created Mutual of America Capital Management LLC. His experience has led to attainment of increasingly senior positions within the organization. Prior to joining Mutual of America, he held portfolio management positions at MD Sass, GTE Corporation, Chemical Bank and Fidelity Investment Management. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and was awarded a J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Heiskell is a past President of the Bond Portfolio Managers Association and a former Director of the Fixed Income Analysts Society. He has taught Fixed Income Management at the New York Institute of Finance and has lectured on the subject at the University of Michigan, Yale University and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Thomas Verage	Senior Vice President	1993	1994
Biographie	Verage joined Mutual of America in 1989 and is currently senior vice president. Prior to Mutual of America, Verage worked for Neuberger & Berman and Citicorp. He considers his investment philosophy to be "value-oriented".
