Biographie	Regina G. Conklin, CFA, CPA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager with USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and has managed the Victory High Income Municipal Bond Fund and Victory Tax-Exempt Fund since April 2020. Ms. Conklin has over 24 years of investment management experience. She worked 28 years with USAA Asset Management Company, which was acquired by Victory Capital Management Inc.’s parent company in 2019. Ms. Conklin is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of San Antonio, and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Biographie	John Bonnell, CFA, is portfolio manager and managing director for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined Thornburg’s municipal team in 2021. John has over 30 years of municipal bond investing experience. He spent 25 years of his career at USAA where he was most recently a senior portfolio manager and, in 2010, took on responsibility for co-leading municipal bond strategies. Earlier in his career, John held credit research and municipal bond portfolio management roles at USAA. He also spent several years at Strong Capital Management and two years at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. as a senior portfolio manager. John holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas–San Antonio and an MBA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. John is a CFA charterholder.

He has 20 years of investment management experience and has worked for us for three years. Prior to joining USAA, Mr. Olijslager served as a Senior Vice President, Head of Fixed Income, for Selective Insurance Group from 2001 to 2010.

Biographie	Gladson has been an assistant vice president of fixed-income investments for USAA Investment Management since November 1994. He has been managing portfolios since March 1991, having spent the prior year as a securities analyst with the company. He has more than 10 years investment management experience. Gladson holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Willmann has been vice president of investments with USAA Investment Management Company since 1986. He joined the company as an assistant vice president in 1977. Willmann earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1978.
