Vise à dégager une plus-value du capital à long terme en investissant principalement dans un portefeuille diversifié composé de titres d'emprunt et de titres de participation de sociétés situées à l'échelle mondiale qui présentent une possibilité d'acroissement de la plus-value découlant de la propriété, de la gestion d'actifs immobiliers ou d'une autre forme de participation dans des éléments d'actifs immobiliers. Le fonds investit principalement dans des titres de compagnies du monde entier qui gère de l'immobilier ou toute compagnie qui pourrait prendre de la valeur, en investissant, en gérant ou ayant des activités connexes au secteur immobilier.

He received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Oscar Belaiche joined Dynamic in 1997. Vice President and Portfolio Manager and head of the Equity Income team with has expertise in real estate, infrastructure and energy securities on a global basis. He has 30 years of experience as a money manager, asset manager, developer and corporate banker. He earned an Honours B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Biographie	Todd Beallor joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel in January of 1995 as part of the Canadian equities team. He specializes in analyzing various sectors in the Canadian market, and also covers the Israeli market. Prior to joining Goodman, Todd spent four years at Crown Life Insurance Company where he worked as an Investment Analyst.

Biographie	Michael serves as senior global analyst with primary focus on the Europe/Canada region. In addition, he has selected coverage responsibilities in the U.S. to aid in our assessment of companies with a global and complementary nature, and to facilitate mentoring of our U.S. focused analysts. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2008, Mr. Slater was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Goodman & Company Investment Counsel in Toronto and was responsible for advising on a global real estate security fund. Previously, Mr. Slater worked at Great West Life Insurance Company, in various positions ranging from acquisitions to asset management with the most recent position being Director of Asset Management. Prior to this position Mr. Slater worked as a Valuation Consultant at a boutique real estate and property tax valuation firm. He received a bachelor of commerce and finance degree (B.Comm.) from the University of Toronto.

Goodman was born in Montreal in 1961.

Biographie	Through Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc., Mr. Goodman is a sub-advisor to Dynamic. He has close to five decades of investment experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. Mr. Goodman has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In 1997, he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia University.
Anne MacLean	Partner, Portfolio Manager	1996	2000
Biographie	MacLean is a partner and portfolio manager with Goodman & Company. Prior to joining Goodman in 1995, she had twelve years of investment experience as a portfolio manager with Gluskin Sheff & Associates and as an investmeny analyst with United Bond and Share Company. MacLean is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
