Biographie	Thomas M. Metzold, been the manager of BMR since 1995. Metzold became a vice president and portfolio manager at Eaton Vance Management in July 1991 after joining the company four years earlier as an investment analyst. He also spent four years as a financial analyst with General Electric. Metzold holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Association for Investment Management and Research, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum.

Biographie	Cindy Clemson is a vice president and portfolio manager for Calvert Research and Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Vance Management specializing in responsible and sustainable investing across global capital markets. She joined Calvert Research and Management in 2016. Cindy began her career in the investment management industry in 1985. She has been affiliated with the Eaton Vance organization since 1985. Cindy earned a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from Boston University. She is a member of the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum, the CFA Society of Boston, the Municipal Bond Buyer Conference and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Biographie	Timothy T. Browse, CFA, is Director of BlackRock, Inc. since 2008 and Vice President of BlackRock, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Prior that,Mr. Browse is the Fund's portfolio manager and has been primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's portfolio since 2004. Mr. Browse is a Vice President (Tax-Exempt Fixed Income) and portfolio manager with the Tax-Exempt Fixed Income group of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, L.P. He was a Vice President, portfolio manager and team leader of the Municipal Investments Team with Lord Abbett & Co. from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Browse was a Vice President and portfolio manager in the municipal fund management group of Eaton Vance Management, Inc. from 1992 to 2000.
David C. Reilly	Portfolio Manager, Vice President	1991	1995
Biographie	Reilly joined Eaton Vance Management as a portfolio manager and vice president in 1991. Previously, he spent seven years with Scudder, Stevens & Clark, first as an analyst and then as a senior analyst. Prior to that, he was an account controller for Putnam Advisory Co. Reilly is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Federation of Financial Analysts.
