Previously he had managed municipal bond portfolios for clients at M.D. Sass. Prior to that, he was vice president of municipal arbitrage at Kidder, Peabody & Company and a municipal bond trader and underwriter at Continental Bank and Mellon Bank. Jim’s commentary has appeared in Bloomberg, the Bond Buyer, and Barron’s, among other publications. He earned a BS in engineering from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.

Biographie	Christopher is a municipal portfolio manager and director for Parametric’s tax-advantaged bond strategies team. He is responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction, and risk management for SMAs and mutual funds. He joined the firm in 2009 (originally as an employee of Parametric’s parent company, Eaton Vance). Christopher began his career in the investment management industry in 2003. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was a vice president and senior bond and derivatives trader with Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo. Christopher earned a BSBA from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biographie	Joseph M. Davolio is Vice President of Eaton Vance. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2009, Mr. Davolio was a portfolio manager with M.D. Sass from 2005-2009.
