Mr. Ryan has been with the investment and trading of multiple asset classes since 1998 and has been managing multi-alternative and commodity strategies since 2008. He has been a member of the Pelagos team since January 2006. Prior to joining Pelagos, Mr. Ryan's experience was highlighted by eight years of proprietary equity trading. He earned a M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an A.B. from Harvard College. Mr. Ryan holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Prior to joining Geode, Mr. Kaufmann was a Senior Vice President at PanAgora Asset Management from 2003 to 2007 and Lazard Asset Management from 2007 to 2009.

Biographie	Adams has been a Senior Portfolio Manager with Geode since 2003. He has oversight responsibility for all index funds managed by Geode and is responsible for quantitative research and new product development. Adams was employed by State Street Global Advisors from June 1989 to June 2003 where he served as a Portfolio Manager for over seven years before joining Geode, a vice president of US Active Equities.
Premkumar Narasimhan	Portfolio Manager	2009	2010
Biographie	Narasimhan has been a Portfolio Manager with Geode since June 2008. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, he is responsible for quantitative research and new product development. Prior to joining Geode, Narasimhan was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 2003 to 2008.
