Ce Compartiment cherche à obtenir des plus-values à long terme en investissant dans des titres de sociétés de la Grande Chine. Au moins 70 % de l’actif total du Compartiment (après déduction des liquidités détenues à titre accessoire) seront investis dans des actions et titres de fonds propres émis par (i) des sociétés et autres entités dont le siège se trouve dans le territoire de la Grande Chine, leurs administrations ou agences respectives ou leurs collectivités locales ou (ii) des sociétés et autres entités dont le siège se trouve hors du territoire de la Grande Chine mais qui exercent leurs activités à titre principal (c’est-à-dire à hauteur d’au moins 50 % selon le critère du chiffre d’affaires, des bénéfices, de l’actif ou de la production) dans le territoire de la Grande Chine ou (iii) des holdings dont les participations sont investies principalement dans des sociétés dont le siège se trouve dans le territoire de la Grande Chine.

Biographie | Mike Shiao has 25 years of investment experience. He joined Invesco in 2002. In April 2015, he became Chief Investment Officer, Greater China, leading the Greater China equities team. Mike was appointed as Chief Investment Officer, Asia ex Japan, in April 2016. He was previously Head of Equities for Invesco Taiwan Ltd. He moved to Invesco Hong Kong Ltd to expand his coverage to Greater China markets in 2006. Mike started his investment career in 1992 at Grand Regent Investment Ltd., where he worked for six years as a project manager supervising venture capital investments in Taiwan and China. In 1997, he joined Overseas Credit and Securities Inc. as a senior analyst covering Taiwan technology sector. Mike also worked at Taiwan International Investment Management Co., as a fund manager and was responsible for technology sector research. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia. | ||

Biographie | Samantha Ho is manager of Invesco China Fund. Ms. Ho began her investment career in 1989 as an investment analyst with Jardine Fleming Securities Ltd. In 1994, she joined SEB Investment Management, the Hong Kong subsidiary of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, as a senior portfolio manager. At SEB, she managed mutual funds invested in the Hong Kong, China and Taiwan equity markets. In 2000, she became a founding member and executive director at Manulife Asset Management (HK) Ltd., where she was responsible for managing insurance funds, mutual funds, and mandatory provident fund investments specializing in the Greater China markets. Ms. Ho joined Invesco in 2004. Ms. Ho earned a business administration degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Graduate School of Management.
