Biographie	Craig Kempler is a Portfolio Manager on the SMID Value Team at Janus Henderson Investors a position he has held since 2018. Prior to joining the firm as an analyst in 2005, Craig worked at Independence Investments for two years as a technology sector analyst. He also served as an investment analyst with McDonald Investments/KeyBank. Craig received his bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science from Denison University. He earned his MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from Indiana University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 23 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Justin Tugman is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors and co-leads the SMID Value Team. Justin served as a research analyst through 2012, covering the energy and utility sectors upon joining the firm in 2004. Prior to that, he worked at Simmons & Company International as an analyst covering the energy sector during his four-year tenure at the firm. Justin received his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 24 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Robert Perkins is Co-Portfolio Manager. He is also Portfolio Manager of other Janus Henderson accounts. Mr. Perkins has been a portfolio manager since 1970. Prior to co-founding Perkins, Wolf, McDonnell and Company, LLC (now Perkins Investment Management LLC) in 1980, Mr. Perkins spent 12 years with Kemper Financial. From 1970 to 1980, he also co-managed Kemper’s profit-sharing plan. Mr. Perkins received his bachelor of science degree in business from Miami University.

Biographie	Thomas A. Reynolds IV is a managing director of Artisan Partners and a portfolio manager on the U.S. Value team. In this role, he is a portfolio manager for the Artisan Value Equity, U.S. Mid-Cap Value and Value Income Strategies. Prior to joining Artisan Partners in October 2017, Mr. Reynolds was a portfolio manager for Perkins Investment Management at Janus Henderson, where he co-managed the Perkins Small Cap Value strategy and the Perkins All Cap Value strategy. Mr. Reynolds joined Perkins in 2009 as a research analyst covering the U.S. financials sector and was later promoted to portfolio manager. Earlier in his career, he worked at Lehman Brothers in the financial institutions investment banking group and fixed income sales and trading. Mr. Reynolds holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology from Dartmouth College and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors.

Biographie	Todd Perkins Todd Perkins is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Perkins Small Cap Value and Perkins All Cap Value strategies. He joined Perkins in September 1998 as head trader and research analyst, where in his capacity as research analyst, Mr. Perkins was responsible for covering financials and industrials & materials. Mr. Perkins became Co-Portfolio Manager of the Perkins Small Cap Value strategy in 2004 and has managed the Perkins All Cap Value strategy since September 2010. Mr. Perkins received his bachelor of arts degree in communications from DePaul University and has 14 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Prior to joining Perkins in April 1998, Mr. Perkins was an investment manager at Alliance Capital for 14 years. Mr. Preloger is co-portfolio manager of the Perkins Large Cap Value strategy and a research analyst covering the financial services sector. Mr. Perkins was an investment manager at Alliance Capital for 14 years. He also spent 14 years at Kemper Financial Services with Bob Perkins as an investment research analyst . He was also responsible for Kemper’s venture capital partnerships. Mr. Perkins received his bachelor of arts degree in history from Harvard University.
