Stratégie d’investissement

Objectif : Générer une combinaison de croissance du capital et de revenus. Politique : Il investit principalement dans des obligations de qualité investment grade (risque plus faible) émises par des sociétés et des Etats du monde entier. Le Compartiment peut aussi investir dans : - des liquidités, des dépôts et des instruments du marché monétaire (une forme de titre de créance). - à hauteur d'un maximum de 20 % dans des obligations à haut rendement (risque plus élevé) émises par des sociétés et des Etats. Dans le respect des limites énoncées ci-dessus, le Compartiment a un pouvoir discrétionnaire sur le choix de ses investissements et n'est pas restreint en termes de secteurs de marché. Il peut aussi détenir un nombre restreint d'autres investissements et n'est pas limité par une valeur de référence ou un indice.

Biographie	Kenneth Ward is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team, specialising in the utilities and mining sectors. Kenneth co-manages a global investment grade bond fund and also has responsibility for managing a range of institutional credit portfolios. He joined the indsutry in 2007 and joined Aegon AM UK in 2010 initially working as a performance analyst between 2010 and 2014 and previously worked for RBS Trustee and Depositary Services as a securities analyst. Kenneth studied Mathematics at Heriot-Watt University.

Biographie	Euan McNeil is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team. He specialises in investment grade credit and co-manages two investment grade bond funds, which he has been involved in since 2006. Euan also co-manages several institutional portfolios. Euan joined the industry in 1997 and joined us in 2003 from Britannic Asset Management, where he worked in the corporate bond team. Prior to that, he was an international equities manager at Blairlogie Capital Management. Euan studied International Business and French at the University of Strathclyde and has an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.

Biographie	Stephen started his career in 1994 at Aegon Asset Management (now Kames Capital) as a US equity analyst and fund manager. In 1998 he moved to fixed income, becoming manager of Kames’ Sterling Corporate Bond Fund in June 2000. Stephen then joined Old Mutual Asset Managers and managed their Corporate Bond Fund from 2004 – 2011, when he returned to Kames. There, as co-head of fixed income, he was co-manager of the Kames Investment Grade Bond Fund, the Investment Grade Global Bond Fund and the Absolute Return Bond Fund until November 2018. In May 2019 Stephen joined Artemis as a partner, to lead our fixed income team. Stephen graduated with a BSc and a MSc in Finance from Queen’s University, Belfast, in 1994.
David Roberts	Manager	2007	2011
Biographie	David Roberts is Head of Fixed Income and responsible for managing the fixed income team. In addition, he has responsibility for overseeing cash and derivative management for the majority of Kames Capital’s clients. David joined Kames Capital in 2004 from Britannic Asset Management where he was Head of Credit. He had worked in the banking sector for a decade before moving into asset management. David studied Economics and Industrial Relations at the University of Strathclyde and has an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.
