Biographie	David Ragan is a director and portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2004. Mr. Ragan has been a member of Mawer’s board of directors since 2007 and is involved in setting the firm’s strategic direction. Mr. Ragan received his Bachelor of Commerce in 2003 from the University of Calgary and also attended the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (the Business University of Vienna, Austria).

Biographie	Jim Hall is President and lead manager of the EAFE Large Cap Strategy at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 1997. Previously, Mr. Hall served as co-manager for the Mawer Canadian Equity Strategy from 1999-2020, the Mawer Global Equity Strategy from 2009-2020, the Mawer International Equity Strategy from 2010-2016, and as Chief Investment Officer from 2004-2018. He is a member of Mawer's Executive Team, which drives the development and execution of the firm’s strategic plans, and a member of the Board of Directors, which he first joined in 2000 and chaired from 2008 until 2023

Biographie	Gerald Cooper-Key is Honorary Chairman and Portfolio Manager at Mawer which he joined in 1981. He has managed the Mawer World Investment Fund since its inception. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Officer with Royal Trust Corporation from 1969 to 1981, and prior to that, he was a Management Trainee at Barclays Bank in England, which he joined in 1967.
