Biographie	Timothy T. Ryan, CFA, is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Asset Management. Mr. Ryan joined an affiliate of Nuveen Asset Management in 2010. Prior to joining Nuveen Asset Management, Mr. Ryan was a principal of SSGA FM and a Vice President of SSGA and responsible for managing the series of the Trust that invest primarily in municipal securities. Prior to joining SSGA, Mr. Ryan was a lead portfolio manager in the municipal bond group at Deutsche Bank Asset Management, formally Scudder Insurance Asset Management. His clients included nuclear decommissioning trusts, insurance portfolios and corporate cash. Mr. Ryan began working at Deutsche Bank in 1991 as a municipal bond analyst covering high yield, transportation, higher education, general obligation, and money market sectors. He joined Deutsche Bank with 8 years of experience as vice president and investment banker at Mesirow Financial and vice president and financial consultant at Speer Financial. Mr. Ryan has a BS from University of Wisconsin and a Master of Management from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management Northwestern University. Mr. Ryan has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Dan is the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s taxable municipal strategies. He manages several state-specific municipal bond strategies, including Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee, and related institutional portfolios. Dan also serves as portfolio manager for the inflation-protected strategy and national closed-end funds. Prior to his current position, he served as a research analyst covering the corporate-backed, energy, transportation and utilities sectors. Before joining the firm in 2000, he worked as an analyst at Banc of America Securities specializing in originating and structuring asset-backed securities. Dan received a BS in business from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute.

Biographie	Mr. Solender is the lead portfolio manager of the municipal bond capabilities. Mr. Solender joined Lord Abbett in 2006 and was named Partner in 2008. His prior experience includes: Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Investments; Principal and Portfolio Manager at Vanguard Group; Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Advisory Corp.; Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager, Research and Product Development at Citibank. Mr. Solender received a BA from the University of Columbia and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is the holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has been in the investment business since 1987.

Biographie	O'Shaughnessy joined Nuveen Advisory as a portfolio manager in 1991. Previously, he spent five years with John Nuveen & Company, first as a pricing analyst and then as a municipal underwriter.
