Biographie	Mr.Chiang holds a Master of Financial Management (Dean's Honours List)degree from the Rotterdam School of Management,Erasmus University in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Monash University,Australia.He is a CFA charterholder and has over 9 years of experience in investment analysis and portfolio managerment.Mr.Chiang joined Public Mutual in 2004 as Manager - Investment Research and was subsequently re-designated as Manager - Investment,Equities Section in 2005.
