He earned a B.B.A., magna cum laude, in finance from James Madison University. Eric also holds an M.B.A., with concentrations in finance and accounting, from the Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business, in St. Louis, where he was a Charles F. Knight Scholar. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Jeffrey Arricale, Deputy Director and Global Equity Research, joined Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC in 2012. Arricale is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and a portfolio manager and research analyst in the Equity Division following life assurance, asset managers, and investment banks under the financial services industry. Previously, she managed the Financial Services Fund as well as the Growth & Income Fund. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price as an Equity Research Analyst in 1996, Ms. Dopkin worked at Goldman Sachs for 7 years in the Mortgage Securities Department in New York and London.

Rowe Price Financial Services and has 15 years of investment experience. Mr. Theriault earned a B.S. from Boston College in 1981. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
