He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He earned a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in economics from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biographie	David Eiswert has been chairman of the committee since 2012. He joined the Firm in 2003 and his investment experience dates from 2000. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, David was employed as an analyst at Mellon Growth Advisors and Fidelity Management and Research. He also worked as a consultant in the communications industry. David earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics and political science from St. Mary's College of Maryland and an M.A. in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Jeff Rottinghaus is a portfolio manager in the US Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. He is president of the US Large-Cap Core Equity and Growth & Income Strategies. Mr. Rottinghaus is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Rottinghaus earned a B.S. in business administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified public accountant.

Biographie	Charlie Morris is the Lead Manager of the Newscape Diversified Growth Fund. He spent 17 years at HSBC Global Asset Management as the Head of Absolute Return managing a multi-asset fund range with assets in excess of $3 billion. Charlie is a familiar face in the financial media and writes frequently as the editor of the Fleet Street Letter Britain’s oldest financial newsletter. Prior to fund management, Charlie was an officer in the Grenadier Guards, British Army.
