Biographie	Parker joined United Services Advisors as a vice president and portfolio manager in 1986. Previously, he spent six years in tax-shelter management and securities sales with Kidder Peabody and PaineWebber. He also spent four years as president of South Coast Mortgage Company. Parker is a value investor.
