| Biographie | Jade is an investment manager in the Barings Multi-Asset investment team, she is responsible for managing a range of multi-asset strategies for Asian institutional clients. Before joining Barings in 2019, she worked at Credit Suisse as a portfolio manager in the Hong Kong Multi-Asset Class Solutions, where she managed both multi-asset and equity portfolios. Prior to that, Jade was an investment manager at a boutique asset management house in London, managing global multi-asset funds. | Biographie | Khiem is responsible for the management of a number of specific Asian portfolios, and all Multi Asset portfolios for clients located in Asia. He was appointed to become a member fo the Strategic Policy Group, the company's global macro research and asset allocation team in 2006. Khiem was the Head of the Asia Pacific Specialist Investment Team from 1997 through 2006. Khiem joined Baring Asset Management in 1996 from Citicorp Global Asset Management in Sydney, where he was the Austrilian Chief Investment Officer, the chair of the Australian Asset Allocation Committee, and a member of the CGAM International Asset Allocation Committee. Khiem's prior experience includes seven years at Bankers Trust Australia and seven years at Equitilink Australia Ltd. Khiem received his B.A. in Economics (Hons.) from Macquarie University (Australia). He was designated an Associate Member of the Securities Institute of Australia (the Australian CFA equivalent) in 1979. Khiem is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and French. | ||

| Biographie | Tom is a member of the Strategic Policy Group, our global asset allocation team, where he specializes in setting asset and country allocation including emerging markets for Baring Asset Management. Alongside his investment role, he worked for seven years developing the company's Canadian client base in which he continues to take an active interest. In 1997, Tom assumed the additional responsibility for the global investments of the company's Japanese and Pacific clients and now heads the Japanese and Pacific Investment Management Teams. Tom joined Baring Asset Management in 1982 to work in the Hong Kong and Tokyo offices, where he specialized in Japanese, Pacific and Australian investments. He returned to our London headquarters in 1988 when he joined the Strategic Policy Group. Tom is a graduate of Imperial College, London University. | ||
