Biographie	Paul Chong joined Eastspring Investments, the Asian asset management business of Prudential plc, as Portfolio Manager, in January 2014. He is part of the Equity team and is a member of the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) focus team, specialising in Asian Emerging Market equities. Prior to joining Eastspring Investments, Paul was an Investment Analyst at Fidelity International in Hong Kong focusing on fundamental research in the Asia ex Japan region. In 2012, Paul joined Citadel Global Equities and was responsible for real estate equity research in the Asia ex Japan region. Paul has more than 12 years of financial industry experience. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Magna Cum Laude), majoring in Finance from the Singapore Management University.

Biographie	John Tsai leads Eastspring Investments' Growth Equities team, comprising the ASEAN Growth, Greater China Growth, India Growth, and Asia Growth focus teams. He has held this position since June 2020. John is the Portfolio Manager for the Asia Growth, Singapore ASEAN, Philippines, and Indonesian equity strategies. With over 26 years of investment experience, John joined Eastspring Investments in 2016 as the Team Leader of the Greater China Equity team and Portfolio Manager for the China, Greater China, and Hong Kong equity strategies. Prior to joining Eastspring, John spent 15 years at MFS Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Research Analyst in the firm's Boston, Tokyo, and Singapore offices. He has also worked at Indosuez WI Carr Securities in Taiwan. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute with a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School and a Master of Arts degree from the School of Arts and Sciences.

Biographie	Based in Hong Kong, Xiao Li is a Portfolio Manager within the Equity team at Eastspring Investments. Xiao joined Eastspring Investments in 2010. Xiao is the lead manager for Hong Kong, Greater China and China equity strategies. Previously, Xiao worked with Macquarie Group as a materials analyst in Hong Kong. He was with CLSA in a similar role and commenced his career with BHP Billiton in China. In all, Xiao has over 10 years of investment experience in China. Xiao holds a Masters degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He also has a Bachelors degree from Nankai University in China.
