Biographie	Steve Cao is a senior portfolio manager for Invesco international/global growth strategies. He began his investment career in 1993 as an international equity analyst specializing in Asian securities at Boatmen’s Trust Co. In 1997, he joined Invesco and continued as an international equity analyst with a focus on Asia and Latin America until assuming his present duties in 1999. A native of Tianjin, China, Mr. Cao earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Tianjin Foreign Language Institute and a MBA from Texas A&M University. He is a CPA and a CFA.

Biographie	Jason Holzer is a lead manager and portfolio manager. He began his investment career as an associate with JMB Realty in 1994. He joined Invesco in 1996 as a senior analyst and assumed his portfolio management duties in 1999. Mr. Holzer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in quantitative economics and a Master of Science degree in engineering-economic systems from Stanford University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biographie	Richard Nield, Portfolio Manager of Invesco, has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2000. Previously, he served as a senior analyst with Ontario Teacher’s Pension and with OMERS. He also spent three years as an associate investment advisor in retail sales for Canadian broker RBC Dominion Securities. He assumed his current duties in 2003. Mr. Nield earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in ﬁnance and international businessfrom McGill University in Montreal. He is a CFA charterholder.
Barrett K. Sides	Senior Portfolio Manager	2000	2005
Biographie	Sides is a senior portfolio manager at Invesco Aim. He began his career in 1989 as a financial para-planner at Summit Asset Advisors. He was attracted to the dynamism of Asia and Latin America and the opportunity to participate in it via investment markets. He has worked in progressive roles at the company since joining in 1990 and is a currently senior portfolio manager. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a master’s degree in International Business. He holds a BSc in Economics from Bucknell University.

Biographie	Griffin is vice president and senior portfolio manager with AIM Capital Management, his employer since 1989. Previously, he spent three years as a senior loan officer with Citicorp and two years as a staff officer with Texas Commerce Bancshares. He began his career as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen & Company. Griffin holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations.
Clas G. Olsson	Senior Portfolio Manager	2000	2002
Biographie	Clas Olsson is CIO of Invesco’s International Growth Investment Management Unit and a senior portfolio manager with Invesco. Mr. Olsson joined Invesco in 1994 as an investment officer and international portfolio analyst and was promoted to portfolio manager in 1997. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a regional manager of Atlas Resor and a communications officer in the Royal Swedish Navy. A native of Vasteras, Sweden, Mr. Olsson became a commissioned naval officer at the Royal Swedish Naval Academy and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Texas-Austin.
