Hartej graduated with a BSc degree (Hons) in mathematics with economics from University College London and received an executive MBA from London Business School. Prior to joining SWIP, spent nine years with Norwich Union IM. Gareth developed a range of retail and pooled pension products at Norwich Union.

Biographie	Mhairi joined AMP Asset Management as an Economist in 1994 having gained an MSc in Economics from the LSE. When AMP merged with Henderson Global Investors in 1998 Mhairi joined the Corporate Bond team and began running the Long Dated Corporate Bond Fund alongside Ian Dickson. Upon Ian's departure from Henderson in July 2002 Mhairi took sole control of the fund. Mhairi is a Member of the Society of Business Economists and an Associate Member of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP).
