Biographie	Dylan Hughes, CFA, Director, is a portfolio manager in BlackRock's Multi-Asset Client Solutions team. Mr. Hughes's service dates back to 2001, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he was a portfolio manager within the Client Solutions team and was responsible for overseeing the management of BGI's structured portfolios, including Market Advantage, Elite and LifePath. Prior to this, he worked in the Global Market Data (Fixed Income) and Portfolio Services & Accounting teams. Before joining BGI, Mr. Hughes was a private client equity trader at Henry Fox Stockbrokers in Cardiff. Mr. Hughes earned BSc, with honors, in economics from University of Wales in 1998 and a Masters degree in international economics, banking & finance from Cardiff University Business School in 1999.
