Stratégie d’investissement
L’objectif d’investissement du Global Brands Fund est de rechercher un taux de rendement à long terme attractif, mesuré en dollar US, en investissant principalement dans des titres de capital de sociétés de pays développés. Le Compartiment investira dans un portefeuille concentré de sociétés dont la réussite est, de l’avis de la Société, fondée sur des actifs incorporels (dont, notamment, des marques, copyrights ou méthodes de distribution) à la base d’une solide franchise commerciale. Le Compartiment pourra également investir, à titre accessoire, dans des actions assorties de droits préférentiels, titres de dette convertibles en actions ordinaires ou en actions assorties de droits préférentiels, warrants et autres valeurs mobilières donnant accès au capital.

Marte is co-chair of the 30% Club Investor Group, an advisor to Rosa UK, a charity that funds grassroots women’s organisations to help to make the UK a fairer, safer place for women and a mentor at the social accelerator Bethnal Green Ventures.
