L’objectif d’investissement du Global Property Fund est la recherche de rendement et d’une croissance du capital à long terme, mesurés en dollar US, en investissant principalement en titres de capital de sociétés du secteur immobilier situées dans le monde entier, aussi bien dans des pays développés que sur des marchés émergents. Ces titres de capital doivent être des valeurs mobilières, et les marchés des pays des titres concernés doivent être considérés comme des marchés reconnus (« Marchés Reconnus ») au sens de l’article 41(1) de la loi du 20 décembre 2002 relative aux organismes de placement collectif (telle que modifiée).
