Biographie	Tom O'Hara is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2020. Before joining the firm as a research analyst in 2018, Tom was an equity research analyst specialising in metals and mining with Exane BNP Paribas from 2016. Before Citigroup, Tom was a metals analyst with Metal Bulletin Research from 2008. He began his career in 2006 in the treasury of Northern Rock plc. Tom received his BA degree (Hons) in economics from Newcastle University. He has 14 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	John Bennett is Director of European Equities at Janus Henderson Investors and Portfolio Manager on the Janus Henderson Continental European and Pan-European long-only and long/short strategies. John has held these roles since 2011 when his previous company, Gartmore, was acquired by Henderson. Prior to Gartmore, he served as fund manager at Global Asset Management for 17 years. During this time, he managed their flagship European long-only and European equity long/short hedge funds. Before this, he was a fund manager at Ivory & Sime. John has 32 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Andrew McCarthy is a Fund Manager on the European Equities Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2018. Before joining Janus Henderson, he was a portfolio manager specialising in the industrial and consumer sectors with USS Investment Management Limited from 2007. Andrew was a project coordinator for European and private equities with Capital International Research Inc from 2003 and an analyst with Capital International Limited from 2001. He began his career with Fidelity Investments Ltd In 1998. Andrew received a BA (Hons) in philosophy from the University of Sheffield. He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biographie	Asim Rahman is a Fund Manager of European equities at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2011. Asim previously worked at Gartmore and GAM where he was an investment analyst from 2003. Prior to joining GAM, he was a financial analyst in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division. Asim graduated with an MA in economics from Cambridge University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 17 years of financial industry experience.

Biographie	Guillaume is a senior investment manager with Gartmore, his employer since 1995. He works on the European unit trust funds and is responsible for high performance funds. He also co-manages the European hedge funds with Roger Guy. Guillaume began at Gartmore as an assistant investment manager on the European Equity Team. He became an associate member of the Institute of Investment Management and Research in 1997.

Biographie	Roger joined Gartmore as an investment manager in the European Equity Team in 1993. He has specific responsibility for high performance funds & also runs the Alphagen Capella Hedge Fund. Roger won the European Fund Manager of the Year Award in both 1998 and 1999. Following his postgraduate studies in European Financial Analysis at Newcastle University he joined Eagle Star as an investment analyst in 1989. In 1991, he was appointed as an investment manager with responsibility for European unit trust funds.
