Peter is also a member of the portfolio management team of the Impax Sustainable Allocation Strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Peter was a Managing Director on the High Yield Bond and Loan Team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Peter joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Senior Sector Analyst in 2000 and was promoted to Director of High Yield Research in 2010.

Biographie	Kent Siefers is a Co-Portfolio Manager for the Impax High Yield Bond Strategy at Impax Asset Management LLC and a Vice President at Pax World Funds. Prior to joining the firm, Kent was an analyst at LKS Capital LLC, where he worked on an event driven hedge fund. He was previously the director of research and co-portfolio manager of a convertible arbitrage hedge fund at PRS Group International. He started his career as a research associate working for investment firms such as Thomas Weisel Partners, BankBoston Robertson Stephens and Federated Investors. Kent received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Biographie	Ms. Austin joined Pax World as an analyst before becoming co-portfolio manager in November 2005 and, ultimately, portfolio manager in 2006. Prior to joining Pax World, Ms. Austin worked for Salomon Smith Barney as a sell-side equity analyst covering small- to mid-cap specialty pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Ms. Austin was instrumental in bringing many innovative health care companies public. She is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the New York Society of Security Analysts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in public accounting from Pace University
Diane Keefe	Portfolio Manager	1999	2006
Biographie	Keefe is portfolio manager with Pax World Management Corp, her employer since 1999. Prior to joining Pax she worked as a senior vice president in the taxable fixed income department of Dillon, Read & Co. and director with Swiss Bank Corp. She worked previously with Oppenheimer Government Securities and Painewebber. Keefe holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Association of Investment Management and Research.
