Biographie	Jay Saunders is a global natural resources equity co-portfolio manager and research analyst covering oil and gas equipment and services, metals and mining, macro commodity analysis, and distributed generation companies. Before joining Jennison in 2005, he was with Deutsche Bank Securities as a vice president on the global oil team, covering North American integrated oils, independent refiners, and exploration and production companies. Prior to that, Jay worked at several publications reporting on a range of oil- and energy-related topics. He earned a BA in english from the College of William and Mary and an MA in print journalism from American University.

Biographie	David A. Kiefer is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC. He has been a Portfolio Manager with the firm since 2015. From 2010-2014, he was Managing Director and head of the Large Cap Value Team at another investment company where he co-managed a large cap value fund. During his time there, he also managed or co-managed concentrated value strategies and several mutual funds, including its large cap blend fund.

Before joining Jennison, Mr. DeFranco was a precious metals equity analyst and portfolio manager at Pomboy Capital from 1995 until 1998. Prior to Pomboy Capital, he spent six years as a research analyst at Comstock Partners, responsible for generating ideas in both fixed income and equities that fit the macro themes of the firm. Mr. DeFranco started his career at Salomon Brothers where he was on the equity research sales desk from 1987 to 1989. He received a BA in economics from Bates College and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
