Biographie	Mr. Andris Kotans, Senior Fund Manager, is managing majority of CAM's fixed income investment funds. His regional area of expertise is Eastern European and CIS debt markets. Mr. Kotāns joined Citadele Asset Management in October 2007. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at Hansa Investment Funds managing Central and Eastern European local currency bonds. Mr. Kotans is a CFA charterholder. He has received a master's degree in economics from Central European University in Budapest and his bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
