Biographie	Thomas Kwan, CFA, serves as Chief Investment Officer of the Adviser and is a co-lead portfolio manager of the Harvest Funds China All Assets and the lead portfolio manager of the Harvest Asian Bond Fund. Mr. Kwan is jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Funds. Mr. Kwan joined the Adviser in 2012 and has over 22 years of experience in Asian fixed income and currencies. Before joining the Adviser, Mr. Kwan worked at Baring Asset Management in Hong Kong as Head of Asian Debt and Credit Suisse Asset Management in Singapore and Beijing as Director of Asian Fixed Income and Currency. Prior to that, he worked at Prudential Asset Management in Singapore as Investment Director and First State Investments in Hong Kong as Portfolio Manager. Mr. Kwan holds an M.A. in Economics and B.Comm. in Finance from Toronto University.

Biographie	Ms. Chu has over 16 years of research and investment experience in fixed income. She is ranked Top 3 as The Most Astute Investor in Asian G3 Bonds for 2020 by The Asset (Hong Kong). In 2020, her first public bond fund with GaoTeng is awarded Fund Launch of the Year (Hong Kong) by Asia Asset Management and One Year Golden Bull Overseas China Fixed Income Fund by China Securities Journal. Previously, she was Director at Harvest Global Investments, and managed funds that were rated Morningstar five-star. Ms. Chu won The Most Astute Investors in Asian G3 Bonds and Asian Local Currency Bonds by The Asset in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Prior to joining Harvest, she served as Associate Director of Credit Research at MetLife Investments Asia Ltd., Credit Analyst at Moody’s Investors Service, and Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong).
