Biographie	David L. Albrycht, CFA, President and Chief Investment Officer, has served as portfolio manager since 2018 and joined Newfleet in 2011. Mr. Albrycht was Executive Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with Goodwin Capital Advisers, a former Virtus investment management subsidiary. Mr. Albrycht joined the Goodwin multi-sector fixed income team in 1985 as a credit analyst and has managed fixed income portfolios since 1991.

Biographie	Michael E. Haylon is a Managing Director and Head of Conning North America. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has at various times headed up the sales and marketing, product development, investment and insurance research teams. Mr. Haylon has extensive industry and investment experience, having held the positions of Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Phoenix Companies, and earlier in his career was a portfolio manager, analyst and trader at Aetna Capital Management, Aetna Life and Casualty and Travelers Insurance Companies. He has also served on the boards of directors of three publicly traded investment management firms. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College with a degree in economics and government, and he earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Biographie	Prior to assuming his current position as chief investment officer, Dial was chief investment officer and portfolio manager with National Securities and Research Corporation.
John F. Moore	Senior Vice President, CIO	1989	1990
Biographie	Moore joined M&T Bank in October 1995 as a senior vice president and chief investment officer. Previously, he spent five years with Value Line Asset Mgmt., where he served as a senior portfolio manager and director of asset management.
